Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the abc22 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this document.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and abc22. Account Registration
To access the full range of abc22 Services, including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one abc22 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. Where abc22 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all bonus balances will be forfeited. abc22 reserves the right to retain real-money balances pending a full investigation and may permanently close all accounts held by that individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. abc22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact abc22 support immediately.
abc22 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts found to have been registered using false or misleading information may be closed at any time, with or without prior notice, and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Age Restriction & Verification
Access to abc22 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement that applies universally, regardless of the Player's location or the specific Service being used. abc22 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing its platform.
At the time of registration, all Players are required to confirm that they are at least 18 years old by ticking the relevant declaration. This self-declaration is binding, and providing a false confirmation constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
abc22 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, and abc22 may request KYC documentation at any earlier stage at its absolute discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:
- Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back.
- Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page.
- Bangladesh driving licence — front and back.

Where abc22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended with immediate effect pending receipt and verification of satisfactory age-verification documentation. During the suspension period, no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay will be permitted. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any winnings generated while the account was active.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits to and withdrawals from abc22 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). abc22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs that may arise from using international payment methods are borne exclusively by the Player.
abc22 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits to abc22 are typically credited to a Player's account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. abc22 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which abc22 accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within one to four hours to bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. abc22 reserves the right to perform enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its fraud-prevention systems, which may result in processing delays.
All funds deposited to abc22 must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a fraud investigation. abc22 will only process withdrawals to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, except in cases where the original deposit method no longer supports outgoing transfers, in which case abc22 may approve an alternative method at its sole discretion.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all abc22 promotions:
- Bonuses are awarded to the Player's account as non-withdrawable credit until wagering requirements are met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the Player's account without compensation.

- Winnings generated from free bets are typically awarded as bonus credit subject to wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- abc22's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotion outcomes are final and binding.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on abc22, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abc22. Any breach of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Identity Fraud
Registering using another person's identity, using stolen documents, or misrepresenting your age, name, or residential address to circumvent verification requirements.
Money Laundering
Using abc22 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. abc22 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all applicable jurisdictions.
Collusion & Cheating
Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format. Using software bots, automated scripts, or AI tools to play on your behalf is also strictly forbidden.
System Exploitation
Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any abc22 game or platform feature. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected technical fault are not valid and will be voided.
Unauthorised Access
Attempting to access any part of the abc22 platform, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering of abc22 staff or other Players.
Abusive Behaviour
Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward abc22 support staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
Account Suspension & Closure
abc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false information, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or presents a risk of harm to abc22 or other Players.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the Player will be notified by email. During the suspension period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. abc22 will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days, though complex cases may take longer.
If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, abc22 may permanently close the account and, depending on the nature and severity of the breach, may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where no breach is established, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be made available.
Players may voluntarily close their abc22 account at any time by submitting a written request to abc22 customer support via the email address listed in the platform. Upon receiving a valid closure request, abc22 will process the closure within three business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any incomplete bonus wagering) will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method within five business days of closure confirmation.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel they are struggling to control their gambling — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings panel rather than simply closing their account. Self-exclusion provides additional safeguards, including blocking re-registration attempts, that a standard account closure does not.
- Confirmed or suspected identity fraud or age misrepresentation.
- Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.

- Confirmed or suspected collusion, use of bots, or system exploitation.
- Charge-back initiated by the Player against a legitimate abc22 transaction.
- Receipt of a legal order or request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The platform may be subject to temporary downtime for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or events outside abc22's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, server failures, acts of God, civil disturbances, or force majeure events. abc22 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and will not be liable for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.
abc22 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your participation in games or sports betting activities on the platform. Gambling involves risk, and it is your sole responsibility to assess the risks before placing any bet. Past performance, odds history, or previous outcomes do not guarantee future results.
Where abc22's liability cannot be excluded by law, abc22's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless abc22 and its affiliated entities from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of the platform.
